English Wool Cardigan

Designed by Sheryl Thies
English Wool Cardigan

Worked sideways from cuff to cuff in richly textured boucle yarn, this warm cardigan is as fun to wear as it is to crochet. Drape yourself in lush fabric for a look that is soft, yet elegant. The short sleeves and folded back lapels will ensure that this sweater stands the test of time.

Response to question
Hi, and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a photograph of this sweater being crocheted, but the schematic on page 43 may be helpful. After you work the left front for 7" you will join it to the back. Work across the left front (from right to left), then lay it over the main piece of your project so that it overlaps with the right front. Then, with the RS of the back facing, you will join the two pieces by continuing in patt across the back. I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
I am lost at where to connect Left Front to the back...I can not figure it out. I need a picture.
